Perfect Push Up – My Initial Experience

Perfect Push UpIt was a split second decision, but I am now the proud owner of the Perfect Push Up. Yes, the same Perfect Push Up that’s pimped out by the ex NAVY SEAL in the late night commercials. And unlike most “As Seen on TV” products, this is not a regrettable purchase.

Since I discovered that I can only do two “man” push-ups (i.e. not on my knees) and a little arm muscle trying to sprout is being stifled by the layers of cellulite on my arms, I decided that I needed to add more push-ups to my regime. The Perfect Push Up helps a lot.

It provides a nice level of stability when you’re in the down position and actually pushing up. My arms feel much more comfortable and I’ve been feeling the muscles in my back trying to get in on the action. Plus, it kind of forces you to use your core while working out which is a definite bonus.

Now it comes with a little exercise chart, but that’s not something to write home about, although it could be useful. Personally I snagged the “basic” version for about $20 from my local Wal-Mart, but if you’re in the mood to splurge, you can get the “original” version online at Amazon for about $40.
