Exercise Rampage

The day after returning from my vacation (and having my somewhat strange epiphany), I exercised. And had I not fallen ill on Thanksgiving, I’m certain that the exercise would have kept up.

How can I be so certain? Because of the past few days, ever since I felt well enough — about 80% better, I’ve been exercising like crazy.

On Monday, I woke up still a little stuffy. Despite feeling a little clogged, I unconsciously started exercising. Yes, unconsciously. I’d found a channel called Fit and was so excited about the find that I just started moving along with them.

The next day, I was so excited about my new find that I found myself prepped and ready for the program to start. What I loved the most about this channel is that I didn’t need to get my DVD player set up, switch remote controls, and map out the plan. Don’t get me wrong, I love my exercise DVDs, but sometimes it’s nice to change things up a bit.

Yesterday, I was incredibly sore because I’d done the muscle toning and training exercise program followed by yoga. But, no pain, no gain, right?

Today I’m taking it a little easier though. Since Monday, I’ve been exercising twice a day — once in the morning and once in the evening — totaling roughly 3-4 hours of exercise each day. Instead of exercising this morning, I decided to let my body rest a bit because I have dance this evening. Tomorrow, I’ll probably resume exercise again, but only once. Saturday & Sunday I’ll rest.
